Available in a 32-inch format, the G85NB – a 240Hz 4K gaming monitor – offers super realistic picture quality, fast response times and top-notch performance.

“At Samsung, we are excited to deliver an enhanced gaming experience with our new Odyssey Neo G8, a groundbreaking gaming monitor packed with premium features for total immersion,” said Pat Bugos, Senior Vice President of Consumer Electronics, Samsung Canada† “Our Odyssey range reflects the next generation of monitor innovation, meeting gamers’ expectations with outstanding features and true-to-life image quality.”

Odyssey Neo G8 (G85NB) – Superior in speed and resolution

The new 32-inch Odyssey Neo G8 combines a 4K (3,840 x 2,160), 1000R curved VA panel with Quantum Matrix technology, with a super-fast refresh rate of 240 Hz and a response time of 1 ms (GtG[1]† The 4K resolution is also supported by a color gamut up to 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut[2]† The Neo G8’s design is inspired by the iconic style of the Odyssey Neo G9, offering an effortlessly cool exterior that’s packed with premium gaming performance in the interior.

Together with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, the outstanding 4K 240Hz refresh rate and ultra-low response time of 1ms enable players to gain real-world accuracy to maximize their potential and compete at the highest level in any gaming environment. The Neo G8 also utilizes Quantum Matrix technology, enabling ultra-fine and precise control of the tightly packed Quantum Mini LEDs, ensuring gamers see both dark and bright scenes the way they were intended. Plus, with a peak brightness of 2000 nits and a million-to-one static contrast ratio, Quantum HDR 2000 brings out the most subtle details for incredible immersion.

The CoreSync lighting on the back of the monitor automatically detects colors on the screen and projects them into real life to create a deeper sense of immersion.

The Odyssey Neo G8 is also built to offer a wide range of innovative features to enhance any gaming experience. The monitor features new display technology called Matte Display, which provides both glare protection and anti-glare protection, minimizing distractions and keeping users focused on the content in front of them. In addition, the monitor offers a height-adjustable stand (HAS), a pan and tilt function for ergonomic efficiency and mounting that conforms to the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA). Users can customize their space for maximum comfort and productivity, supported by the flexibility of the Neo G8.

Recently recognized for its innovative technology, the G85NB was named a winner in the CES 2022 Best of Innovation gaming category, as well as a CES 2022 Innovation Award Honoree, also in the gaming category.

Odyssey Neo G7 (G75NB) – Immerse yourself in premium Mini LED technology

Samsung is expanding its Odyssey gaming monitor range with the new Odyssey Neo G7, a 32-inch 4K (3,840 x 2,160) monitor with 1000R curved VA panel, 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time (GtG), for premium gaming performance .

This performance is powered by many of the same features as the Odyssey Neo G8 model, including AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, Quantum Matrix technology, as well as Quantum HDR 2000 with 2000 nit peak brightness and a million-to-one static contrast ratio for superior immersion that immerses players in the virtual world of every game they play.

The deep immersion is enhanced by the CoreSync lighting on the back of the monitor, bringing content to life with bright and vibrant colors that create unforgettable experiences.

In addition to Auto Source Switch+, the ergonomic stand makes the monitor work for the user and removes friction for maximum performance, productivity and comfort. Players can also get to their content faster without having to scroll through multiple inputs by simply turning on the PC so the monitor instantly recognizes the inputs and switches between inputs.
